Caisse d'epargne -Savings bank-
Flexible loans |
1% employers’ loan, the Ministry of Housing’s interest free loan, officially approved bankers’ loan, non-regimented bankers’ loan, etc…, with so many different home buyers’ loans to chose from, how is one supposed to decide on which is best ?
So that you may purchase your home in the best of conditions, the Caisse d’Epargne has a full range of home buyers’ loans on offer.
Your financial adviser will study with you the best possible way of financing your home buying project in relation to your situation.
Together, adjust the duration of your loan and repayment in relation to your income.
Primo range Pay off in your own time
Being committed to paying off your loan over 15 years or more may seem like taking a risk. That’s why the Caisse d’Epargne, in response to the needs of its clients, has developed PRIMO, the first flexible loan to adapt to the changes in your situation. Moreover, with the PRIMO loans, your repayments can be adapted to your financial situation throughout the duration of the loan.
Primo J Buy sooner or bigger
At the age of 25 or 30, you may hesitate before deciding to buy your home – indeed, your income may be too low or you may wish to wait a little longer so that you can buy that extra bedroom, garage and/or garden. PRIMO J was designed for you. By adapting your monthly instalments to your income, PRIMO J enables you to borrow sooner so that you can become a home owner right now. So that you may acquire the home best suited to your needs, you can also borrow a larger sum of money without increasing the amounts of your instalments. Of course, the PRIMO J loan is a ‘no surprise’ fixed rate loan.
PRIMO PC (Prêt conventionné) AND PRIMO PAS (Prêt à l'Accession Sociale)
A bigger choice
Your project may entitle you to an officially approved bankers loan (PC) or perhaps even a loan especially designed to help you come into ownership, the Prêt à l'Accession Sociale (PAS). Designed by the Caisse d’Epargne, the PRIMO PC and PRIMO PAS loans open the door to your future home.
Interest free loan (Prêt à 0%)
Granted by the Ministry of Housing :
take advantage of an interest free loan. Does you family situation and income entitle you to the interest free loan granted by the Ministry of Housing ? If this is the case, your loan is available at your Caisse d’Epargne. It will help you finance your home, whether it be a new or old construction. The interest free loan ideally supplements a PRIMO loan.
HOME SAVINGS LOANS (Prêts Epargne Logement)
Get the best out of your savings
Of course, if you have been putting money away into a Plan d’Epargne (savings account) or a Plan Epargne Logement (home savings account) for a few years, today you have the privilege of being able to finance your home buying project in the best of conditions. You have a right to the benefits of the Epargne Logement loans : low interest rates and the possibility of handing over your rights to other members of your family. Moreover, the terms of your capital investment are particularly attractive.
